EPAC Group Expands to the South Shore with the Acquisition of Mia Regazza
YARMOUTH PORT, Mass. — September 10, 2026 — EPAC Group announced the acquisition of Mia Regazza, a respected Massachusetts restaurant brand with two locations, marking EPAC Group’s first expansion beyond Cape Cod and into the South Shore.
Founded by John and Kristin Martin, Mia Regazza has grown over the past 19 years into an established local brand built around great food, genuine hospitality, and strong connections to the communities it serves.
